Special pulleys
The life expectancy and running accuracy of timing belt drives is largely influenced by the quality of the pulley. Our pulleys with HTD/STD and trapezoidal profile are available in four different materials: Plastic, aluminium, steel or grey cast iron. The tooth spacing can be determined depending on the particular application (e.g. zero gap) thus limiting the tolerance zone.
We can provide subsequent coatings for pulleys, e.g. Teflon.
Small pulleys usually have side flanges. Interchangeable mounting is also possible. We also offer an express service.
